How long will my order take?

Every custom piece is made to order just for you. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your item to be ready to ship or pick up.

What are the holiday order deadlines?

Order by October 30 for Hanukkah and November 9 for Christmas.

When should I order for camp?

Personalized camp items take 4–6 weeks, and spring is our busiest season! Order by April 30 for first session and May 15 for second session.

Sending something in a care package during camp? Order at least 6 weeks before you'd like it to arrive.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Choose Free Local Pickup in Highland Park, IL at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on orders of $125 or more.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check names, spelling, colors, and sizes before ordering!

What if there's a problem with my order?

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Ordering a gift? Please open and check it as soon as it arrives, before wrapping. We'll be happy to help make it right. Customer happiness matters to us, and we'll always do our best to resolve any concerns.

Can you change one of your designs or create something totally new?

We'd love to! Whether you want to tweak an existing design or dream up something brand new, contact us and we'll make it happen.
